Joel’s project was a special one. He actually remembered us from over a year ago when one of our sales reps was handing out business cards. He kept our card all that time and reached out when he was finally ready for his roof replacement. He mentioned how much he appreciated how friendly and knowledgeable our sales rep was when explaining our company.

When he contacted us, for assistance to guide him in his  insurance claim, but unfortunately, he was having trouble getting it approved. We recommended he work with a public adjuster, and after a long fight, he finally got his roof approved! Once everything was settled, he paid his deductible and moved forward with his new roof.
