Co-Owner of Proud Roofing alongside my husband, Hender Bastidas. As a roof specialist, I’ve spent years learning every aspect of roofing, from installation to long-term functionality. Starting this company at a young age has been an incredible journey, and I’m proud of how much we’ve grown.

At Proud Roofing, we are committed to excellent customer service. We don’t just install and repair roofs—we build lasting relationships. Oberto Cardozo

Hi, I’m Oberto Cardozo,

a Roofing Specialist at Proud Roofing. My role involves conducting roof inspections, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and working closely with adjusters to ensure a smooth process for homeowners. I also handle material purchasing, making sure every project has the right supplies to meet the highest quality standards.

What drives me most in this job is helping people resolve their roofing issues. I understand that a damaged roof can create serious problems for a home, which is why I am committed to finding fast, effective solutions.

With a strong ability to problem-solve, both in the field and administratively, I assist clients with paperwork while also ensuring that every roof repair or replacement is handled with precision and care. My ultimate goal is to deliver exceptional results and customer satisfaction.

Outside of work, I am passionate about learning English, as I continue improving my language skills.
